Using Croft
These terms apply when you access the Croft Group website, administrator portal, API, or mobile application. By using the service, you confirm that you are authorised to act for your organisation and agree to these terms.
Accounts and access
Keep credentials and recovery methods secure, provide accurate account information, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Organisation administrators are responsible for assigning suitable roles and removing access when it is no longer required.
Your data
Your organisation retains ownership of the records it enters. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and transmit that data to provide the service. You are responsible for having authority to enter personal, financial, animal-health, and other operational information.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious content, violate another person's rights, or use Croft contrary to applicable law.
Availability and farm decisions
We work to keep Croft reliable and preserve offline records, but availability is not guaranteed. Reports, alerts, and forecasts are operational aids; they do not replace veterinary, accounting, legal, or other professional judgement.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or prevent harm. An organisation may stop using Croft subject to any applicable order or subscription terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Croft is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions made from incomplete or incorrectly entered farm data.
