What this policy covers

This policy explains how Croft Group processes information when you use our farm-management website, administrator portal, API, and mobile application.

Information we collect

• Account details, including your name, email, phone number, role, and security settings.
• Farm records, including flock, production, health, inventory, customer, order, invoice, and finance data.
• Device and technical information needed for login security, diagnostics, synchronisation, and push notifications.
• If you allow analytics, website visits and app usage events collected through Google Analytics.
• Audit records showing important account and data changes.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, synchronise records, deliver requested notifications, support users, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics is optional. On this site, you can choose whether to allow it for the site and admin app, and change your choice using Analytics settings in the footer. In the mobile app, you can change it in Settings. We do not add farm records, names, email addresses, or financial details to the analytics events we send.

Service providers and transfers

We use vetted infrastructure, email, media-storage, monitoring, and notification providers only where needed to operate Croft. They process information under contractual and security safeguards. Data may be processed outside your country where those providers operate.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as an organisation uses Croft and as needed for security, backup, accounting, dispute, and legal requirements. We use access controls, encryption in transit, tenant isolation, audit logging, backups, and restricted production access, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can update notification preferences in the app. Depending on your location, you may also request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of personal information. Organisation administrators control business records entered by their users.
